Important: These Terms govern the use of the Website only. The ordering and provision of the AI automation services provided by the Company are governed by a separate services agreement concluded with each specific client.

The Website is strictly for informational purposes. It presents the artificial intelligence (AI) automation services provided by the Company, their capabilities, and contact information. Visitors can use the Website to contact the Company, ask questions to our AI chat assistant, and book consultation times.

The Website itself does not sell services or conclude contracts. Any information regarding the services provided on the Website is of a general nature and shall not be considered an official commercial offer (oferta) or a legal commitment.

2. Accuracy of Information

The Company uses reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and up to date; however, it does not guarantee its absolute completeness or continuous updates. The information may be amended without prior notice.

The information provided on the Website does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise). Before making any decisions based on the information found on the Website, we recommend contacting the Company or an appropriate professional directly.

3. AI Chat Assistant

An artificial intelligence chat assistant (the "Assistant") operates on the Website. Upon initiating a chat, you are clearly informed that you are interacting with artificial intelligence and not a human being. This complies with the transparency requirements of Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act).

When using the Assistant, please note the following:

  • The Assistant's responses are generated automatically, and therefore they may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We recommend verifying any critical information by contacting the Company directly.

  • The Assistant provides information solely based on the knowledge base assigned to it by the Company. For questions outside its knowledge base, the Assistant will suggest contacting a human customer support representative.

  • Please do not provide sensitive or excessive personal data (e.g., personal identification numbers, health data, etc.) in your conversation with the Assistant. Provide only the amount of information necessary to process your inquiry.

  • The processing of personal data within the chat with the Assistant is detailed in the Privacy Policy (yoler.ai/privacy-notice).

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Website, you agree and undertake:

  • to use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in strict compliance with all applicable laws;

  • not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website's systems, disrupt them, or overload them;

  • not to use the Website or the Assistant to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading content;

  • not to scrape or collect content and data from the Website using automated means without the prior written consent of the Company.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website – including texts, design, logos, the "Yoler™" trademark, graphics, and source code – belongs to the Company or its lawful licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights. Without the prior written consent of the Company, the content may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes, except for standard personal and informational browsing of the Website.
